Question : Hi. I am having sharp pains going up through my urethia. It is mainly when I am sitting.

I read your concern and I understand.

Could be sign of Urinary Tract infection or stones
.You need to do a urine test to check .
Other conditions that have to be rule out :vaginal infection (thrush) or any other vaginal problem,you need to be examined by a local doctor .
Meanwhile , drink planty of water (at least 8 glasses /day).
