Question : I HAVE EXCRUCIATING PAIN IN MY LOWER BACK RIGHT SIDE. MY URINE, SWEAT, AND BREATH SMELL AWFUL, LIKE AMONIA. THE TOP FRONT OF MY HEAD HAS A SEVERE HEADACHE AND IT FEELS LIKE THERE IS SOMETHING IN THERE !. I CAN'T KEEP ANYHING DOWN AS MY STOMACHE IS VERY UPSET.

After reading your post, it seems that your symptoms can be due to Urinary Tract Infection ( UTI ). I would advise that you should get yourself clinically examined and investigated.
Following investigations may be helpful :-
1. Complete Blood Count ( CBC ).
2. Kidney Function Test ( KFT ).
3. Urine examination ( Routine / Microscopic and Culture / Sensitivity ).
4. Ultrasound KUB region.
Also monitor your temperature.
You can take paracetamol 500mg for relief. Further medical management can be planned after knowing the reports of the investigations.

HI....I HAD A UNINARY TRACK INFECTION BEFORE AND IT WAS VERY PAINFUL TO URINATE. A VERY STRONG BURNING SENSATION WHEN URINATING. THIS TIME THERE IS NO PROBLEM IN URINATING, BUT EXTREEM PAIN IN THE LOCATION OF THE KIDNEYS, AND HEADACHES ARE VERY INTENSE.. XXXXXXX
