Question : I have a sharp pain under my right rib. also i feel naucous when I lay down I feel pretty good, but today I got up and I felf lightheaded and dizzy. also I break out in sweats. and I notice my heart beating heavy.

It seems like you have a chest problem. But I cant comment with certainty until I can examine you.
I suggest you see your GP or a Physician. It is most likely a chest problem. You will need a chest Xray and an Ultrasound chest and abdomen to diagnose.
Is there any cough or breathlessness?
Any other illnesses that you are on medications for?
