Brief Answer:
The xray shows bowel which is normal

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing in to us.

I have read through your query in detail.
Please find my observations below.

1. The black spots are the bowel shadows and will not cause any back pain.

2. The back pain is probably from the nerve pinching, muscle spasm or degenerative changes in the spine.

3. Your xray looks fine in the area of black spots and please discuss your symptoms with your doctor.

Hope your query is answered.
Please do write back if you have any doubts.
