Hi,

I have read your query.

Pain is due to compression of nerve in lumbar area, so get xray of lumbosacral in AP and Lateral view done and send me the report, I want to see present condition of your vertebrae and disc spaces. Your local GP will know about this X-ray. Until then you can continue antiinflammatory pain killers - advil. If it isn't helping you, then you need prescription medicines like cap. rabiprazole empty stomach, tab. aceclofenac100mg+ thiocolchicoside4mg twice a day, cap.pregabalin75mg+ methylcobalamine750mcg at night.

Keep on applying hot packs.
