Brief Answer:
possible lung problems.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for asking.
I am Dr. Prakash HM and I will be answering your query
Looking at your query, my opinion is as follows:

1. Sharp stabbing pain with breathing appears to be a muscle pull. Try to take a painkiller with muscle relaxant.

2. However, since it is present since two days, possibility of pleuritic pain due to pleural inflammation needs to be evaluated. Meet your physician to get an X-ray done to rule out any lung related problems.

The pain in pleuritic type also increases with deep breath. It is a catching type of pain.

Any further queries, happy to help again.
