Question : Got a shinny part under the foreskin. Its not itchy. But it is different from other XXXXXXX area. Used clitrinazole for more than a week. But it still appears.. Wat would u suggest. Shy to go for a doctor.

The glans of your penis appears normal and more over you are not having any symptoms. I do not think any active treatment is required at the moment. However if you would like a second opinion it is best to approach a urologist.

Hello.. Thanks for your advice docor. Should i stop the medications doctor. Further when i pull back he foreskin for some time in fresh air. It gets dried up and the area covered by the fore skin is little different from the area at the tip. But still no impression of itchness. If not uncleaned for two days i find light itchy. After cleaning it gets better. Is matubation does have effects like this

Thanks for getting back, you can stop applying the medication. Make sure you clean the area with soap daily and after ejaculation. It is very important to maintain good hygiene. Not cleaning after masturbation can cause these issues
