Question : I don't know if I should go to a clinic or hospital. I feel very slow and lethargic, fatigued. I'm shivering and feel very cold, my whole body hurts including my back and especially my throat.
Is there care I should look for or medicine I should take to alleviate my symptoms ?

I've gone through your query and understand your concern,

All these symptoms can be a sign of impending influenza and fever, for which I'd suggest you take Tab PARACETAMOL 650mg Stat dose(now only after some food), can repeat if needed up to three times a day for the time being.

Also, put a pinch of salt in lukewarm water and gargle twice daily for next few days...

Please drink a lot of water also to remain well hydrated.., drinking warm liquids (soups, broths) will also be beneficial... I believe you're taking the asthma medications regularly, please don't skip any...

Try to avoid cold drinks, dairy products(including yogurt also), sour foods for the time being...

If despite all these, symptoms still persisting/any further worsening, then I'd suggest visiting a nearby clinic/hospital for a prompt check-up and management accordingly...
