What Causes Shivering While Sleeping Despite Suffering From Typhoid?

Question: pls my body is always shivering especially when I am sleeping. pls what is d cause and what should I do to stop it. I did blood test which confirms to me that I have typhoid and malaria but I'm currently on antibiotics "cefepime" to be precise. pls help me out.

I read carefully your query and understand your concerns.

Fever and shivering are common symptoms of typhoid fever and malaria.They will continue until the infections are treated.
For the fever and shivers caused by typhoid fever it may take 4-5 days after the the beginning of the treatment (Cefepime).

In your query you don't specify when did you start this medication.It is necessary to continue the full course of antibiotic (14 days) .
Since you also have Malaria ,you didn't mention if you are being treated for this infection because if not this might be the cause of your shivering at night.
