The symptoms you have described are typically seen in MI( Heart attack).
Such symptoms due to unknown cause are mostly due to lack of/ decreased blood supply to heart.
I would suggest you to get an ECG, immediately and consult your cardiologist.
Early diagnosis and early treatment will help you a lot.
