Question: I Just recently had an EKG and the results came back as borderline ECG, One of the pads were in the wrong place and it was moved during the test. My sinus rate came back as normal, it shows short PR interval, accelerated AV conduction,?borderline ST depression, diffuse leads. Can you please tell me what this all means?

Brief Answer:
Your condition needs further evaluation.

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Short PR interval is generally a normal variant and generally it is a harmless condition. However,it may be associated with syndrome like Wolff–Parkinson–White syndrome(WPW syndrome).

Accelerated A-V conduction is due to alternate pathway for signals that are transmitted from atrium to ventricles. It is referred as ventricular pre-excitation.This can give rise to ventricular tachycardia.
This condition is also seen in WPW syndrome.

Borderline ST depression may be due to many factors like ischemia(decreased blood supply), hypokalemia, medicines etc.

So, your condition need proper evaluation.ECHO,TMT can be done after evaluation.
