Question : Recently When I walk fast or do slight excercise, I get short of breath and pain in my chest, throat/jaw. As soon as I stop the symptoms go away, this has been going on for two months. Appears to be getting worse. Worse when in cold air.
Brief Answer:
heart ischemia
Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thank you for the query.
Your symptoms are most likely caused by heart ischemia due to heart arteries narrowing. It is very characteristic for such pain to appear with physical activity. The pain is usually in the left chest and radiates to the left jaw or schoulder. Shortness of breath can be present.
I suggest you to have heart ECG first. Than you schould consult cardiologist, have stress test, heart ultrasound and coronarography if necessary.
Till this testd please try to avoid any physical activity. You should also start Aspirin 75mg once a day.
Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.
