Whenever there is difference in circulation during standing and sitting posture, the above symptoms can occur.

I suggest you to get your Blood pressure recorded both during sitting and standing posture. If there is difference more than 10- 20 mm of Hg in both systolic and diastolic reading, you may have to get a 2D Echocardiogram done to ascertain the health of the heart.
