Brief Answer: Congestive cardiac failure Detailed Answer: Hi, These symptoms are suggestive of congestive cardiac failure. You should see your Dr soon who can examine you and organise investigations to confirm the diagnosis and can also start treating you. Investigations would include blood work, chest X-ray, an echocardiogram, possibly an angiogram. The bloodwork and angiogram are a little uncomfortable. I hope this helps answer your question. Best wishes
