Brief Answer:
You may need a short course of oral steroids and inhalers.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX

Thanks for posting your query on HCM.

You seem to be having acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma. You need to step up your treatment. A short course of oral steroids will help in controlling the breathlessness. You may also require a course of antibiotics. Nebulization with duolin and budecort will relievre the breathlessness and tightness in the chest. You may have to take an inhaler like symbicort. For proper guidance on medicines and their dosages, i suggest you consult your PCP or a pulmonologist.

Take care.
