Question: why would I start the day with shortness of breath, after about 6 hrs. I became nauseaed and weak, i had a feeling of a tight band around my upper chest and then started having serious muscle spasams in my neck face shoulders and hands.. i have thowen up 2 times/ I also have noticed a white substance in my mouth and lots of white foam,

Since you are having pulmonary hypertension, COPD, systemic hypertension and rheumatoid heart disease, your current symptoms are suggestive of congestive heart failure.
In this, there is pulmonary edema (excess fluid accumulation) in lungs.
This causes morning breathlessness, frothy sputum (foamy white), chest tightness, chest and shoulder pain etc.
Diuretics are the mainstay treatment for this.
So better to consult your doctor and discuss all these. You will mostly improve with diuretics.
