Question: Hi, my name is XXXXXXX Im having a lot of pain in my left ankle. Swelling is spreading, there is a slight redness above joint in front and is tender. I woke up this way a few days ago. Did not bang or twist. I also have shortness of breath and am battling myasthenia gravis. Is this likely a clot?

Needs work up and management

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking
I read your question and I understand your concern. Swelling with pain and Redness with shortness of breath and history of myasthenia and no apparent trauma or twisting should be evaluated for local causes like infections ,inflammation and clots etc. Please visit a loval hospital they will run some teste on ankle and examine it and if need be run some teste to find out the possible cause. Take some tylenol for the pain and keep the limb elevated.

I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and don't forget to close the discussion please.
Regards XXXXXXX
