Question : 3/4 times a day noticed that i catch my breath just comes on for no reason

No special time i am on antidepressent linsporol been on them long time no chestpain it comes on only for one breath then goes away

If the apneic spell lasts for more than few seconds, then it is a matter of concern.

Do practice aerobic exercises, this may reduce such episodes.

The medications you are on are not related too.
