Brief Answer:
Symptoms suggest pre-syncope.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for posting your query.

I have noted your symptoms, and would like to reassure you first. These are not suggestive of any serious cardiac or neurological problem.

The most likely possibility is a pre-syncope, where the blood supply to the brain gets reduced for a short while, due to various reasons, such as fatigue, tiredness, stress, or a cardiac arrhythmia (abnormal heart rhythm).

If you have not had a 24-hour Holter recording, you should get it done. This would help pick up any abnormal heart rhythm, which could occur in brief episodes in a young person like you.

I hope my answer helps. Please get back if you have any follow up queries or if you require any additional information.

Wishing you good health,

Brief Answer:
My reply is below.

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for getting back.

Occasional PVCs are harmless and there is no need to worry. However, if there are 3 or more concurrent PVCs or if the PVCs are associated with lowering of blood pressure, then, they need to be treated medically. Otherwise, there is no need to worry.

Best wishes,
