Question : I am experiencing shoulder and neck pain when I get up in the morning. This is now a regular thing daily morning.

Thanks for your query.
I read your query. You haven't described whether you have a radiating pain from neck to shoulder. Since how many days you have these issue?

It can be due to cervical spondylosis or muscle spasm.Consult orthopedician and get an X-ray c-spine.For now you can take T ULTRACET, but you get these medications by doctors prescription.
