Brief Answer:
Nothing to worry about

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for posting the query.

Shoulder blade pains usually do not occur due to cardiac related causes.

Even though you have recently been put on stents, this pain is less likely to be as a result of the procedure complication.

It seems to be more of a muscular soft tissue pain.

I suggest you to take analgesic tablets like tramadol or paracetamol, apply hot packs and an local analgesic gel.

Only if you get no relief,or if the symptoms aggravate, you can consult the doctor.

I hope the answer was useful.

Do let me know if you have any further doubts.

Thank you.

Kind regards.
