Brief Answer:
It can be cervical spondylitis and lipoma

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have studied your case. I think that swelling in back is most probably a lipoma. It is tumour of fat and it is usually not harm ful. As you are saying that it is some time painful so I would suggest you to get ultrasound examination of the swelling to confirm the diagnosis. If it is painful than it can be removed surgically.
your neck pain and head pain can be due to cervical spondylitis. It causes nerve compression leading to burning pain in whole hand. To confirm the diagnosis you need to get MRI of the neck. Some time it can also cause headache and giddiness. If MRI shows nerve compression than you should take help of physiotherapy.
Your throat pain and eye problem are mostly separate issue and not related. It is better to meet a eye specialist and a ENT specialist to find the cause of these problems.
I hope this answer will be helpful to you. Let me know if you have any other followup questions.
Thanks

I have no insurance to have these tests done.
So could I cause permanent damage and/or what can I do to help myself to ease the pain.
Forgot to mention, when I lift my arms above my head they ache/hurt...and I get real dizzy too
