                                            Question : Hi ,
I am a 30 year old software professional perfectly fit in my health, but from last two days i just started getting a pain in my shoulder(especially more in right side) . The pain last for about 5-10 seconds and then vanish.
I need to understand if this is not a alarming sign of cardiac arrest.
I don't have any problem in doing my routine work and I just started learning swimming few days back ( aren't the pain is only muscular as I am learning to how to move hands in synchronization with your legs to swim )..
Please reply quickly as how to confirm this as ii don't have any problem (fatigues or anything) in doing my routine work...

                                    Brief Answer:
Looks like nothing significant
Detailed Answer:
Your description looks like non cardiac issue and mostly muscular as you rightly thought. However if the symptoms have started recently it better to have physician consultation and if felt necessary to have ECG and TMT done. Definitely not signs of cardiac arrest.
Do you smoke?
