Question: I have felt sick this morning when I first got up. I felt shaky etc. I made myself sick and now I feel abit better. I am not pregnant so I am not sure what it could be. I am trying to put it down to just being tired? any advice would be appreciated. thank you.

Brief Answer:
There are a number of possibilities.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

You could have felt sick for a number of reasons. It could be due to fluctuations in blood sugar or blood pressure. Tiredless, acid reflux or fluid depletion could also give such symptoms. I would insist you to take ORS (oral rehydration solution) and to wait and watch. If the symptoms recur, it would be a good idea to visit the emergency room of a hospital and to get yourself evaluated. If it does not recur, you need not get concerned.

Let me know if I could help further.

Regards
