Brief Answer:
Some tests are necessary to determine the reason.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Generally weight loss without known reason makes chronic disease or a cancer very probable.
If you have not changed anything in your diet, and you do not see any other reason of such weight loss (like stress), you should consult your doctor and have some tests done.
Gastroscopy, abdominal CT, chest CT (if you smoke) and colonoscopy (especially if you have had any colon cancer in the family) should be done. Blood work is also necessary.

Hope this helps.
Regards.
