Brief Answer:
CT Scan required
Detailed Answer:
Hi I am Dr Gopal Goel Orthopedic Surgeon.
Since your mother has fallen on her head and is complaining of drainage and foul taste in mouth, I will suggest you take her to emergency SOS and get a CT Scan of Head. In elderly people symptoms are often masked and CT will reveal if any damage is there.
Thanks for the question.
