What Causes Sinus Headache, Fever, White Spot On Uvula And Sore Throat?
Question: I got sick Tuesday night , wed was worse day, sinus headache, low grade fever { unconfirmed }, sore throat. Got a little better every day, still have slight headache, sore throat has not gone away, noticed white spots on midlle hanging thing in back of throat. Strep? a lot of local people have had similar symptoms lately, no mention of strep. also performed brief unprotect analingus on a stranger a week ago.

Probably I feel you have throat infection along with oral thrush.
Throat infection because of streptococcus cannot be made out clinically.
White spot on uvula can be oral thrush, occurred because of sexual encounters.
If I were your treating doctor, I would prescribe penicillin antibiotics + anti inflammatory medicines like paracetamol and diclofenac comb for 5 to 7 days for throat infection.
Candid mouth paint , apply thrice a day after food , for 5 days for oral candidiasis.
If symptoms of sore throat persists even after 7 dsys of treatment, then I would ask for blood test to rule out streptococcus infection and even sexually transmitted disease.
All these are prescription medicine, so I would advise you to consult your doctor and discuss my treatment with him.
