Lower teeth infection is not responsible for sinus infection rather upper teeth might be.
The roots of upper jaw teeth lies in close proximity with the floor of the maxillary sinus and infection from upper teeth can enter the sinuses causing Infection.
So in case if you have decayed lower tooth you need not to worry about sinus infection and get it extracted..
