What Causes Skin Colored Reddish Papules On The Foreskin?
Question: Dear sir,
I have skin coloured, reddish papules in my foreskin base. I was asked to perform full STD screen all came negative from HIV(both 3g duo test and RNA PCR,VDRL) I was abstinent since last 1 year.I'm monogamous too. I was so scared and embarrassed too here by I'm attaching the pics of it as well. Kindly help me. (its neither painful nor itchy)

It is sexually transmitted viral infection.
I would recommend you to consult a dermatologist and get them removed by either extirpation or cauterisation.
