Question : I have different sized flat bumps on the side of my penis head. They do not itch, burn, or hurt whatsoever. I have researched online to see if it was genetal herpes but my condition does not seen to match the photos I cross-referenced online. When they first appeared 2 and a half months ago, I went in for an STI / HIV screening and was deemed negative for HIV, Gonorrhea, Clamydia, and Syphilis. I am attaching photographs of my condition in efforts to try to figure out what it is and see how I can correct it. Thank you.

I have gone through your query and I have also reviewed the images.

I can see skin colored raised bumps on glans penis.
These are genital warts. Genital warts are a viral infection caused by human papilloma virus (Hpv). Genital warts is an STD, the infecton usually acquired by sexual contact with an infected sexual partner. Genital warts present as asymptomatic, raised, skin colored, flat bumps or cauliflower like growths on genital or perineal skin.

This is certainly not genital hetpes.

Treatment options for genital warts include topical podophyllin resin application, imiquimod 5% cream.
Warts can also be ablated with a CO2 Laser Or Radiofrequency vaporisation.
I suggest that you visit a dermatologist in your vicinity for the needful.
