Brief Answer:
Hello. It doesnot look like cancer

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear.
I have gone through the details.

So cancer of penis starts as an ulcerative lesion or a nodular growth and certainly its not a cancer. So no need to worry about it. You can consult a skin specialist as it may be some fungal infection.
Wash the penis n skin daily by soap and water and that is all enough.

Thanks and regards
