Brief Answer:
Seems like lichen planus pigmentosus

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us

I am dr. Kakkar(dermatologist). I have reviewed the image.

I would keep a possibility of lichen planus pigmentosus.

Can you upload a better image? How long since you have it?

Regards

Brief Answer:
sunscreen and depigmenting cream

Detailed Answer:
Thank you. Yes it is lichen planus pigmentosus.
You must use a broad spectrum sunscreen e.g sebamed sunscreen lotion, all over face, throughout the day.
At night you may use Melalite-XL cream over dark patches, for a month.
These are prescription mefications and i suggest you to use them under supervision and follow up with a skin specialist.
