Also, i want to not that Ive been alternating tylenol and ibprofuen every theee hours in yheaximum adult dose. Brief Answer:
Rash not related to strep infection

Detailed Answer:
Hi

I understand your concern regarding your skin problem and I hope I am able to help you in the same.

I have seen the attached pictures.
The kind of skin lesions you lose developing are not suggestive of any drug reaction or allergic reaction due to strep infection.
These rather appear to be allergic reaction to insect bite or due to crawling of some insect over body owing to its almost linear appearance
Apply a topical steroid cream like cortisone cream over the affected area twice daily .
Take some oral antihistamines like levocetrizine once daily at night in case there is any associated itching
You are right that strep infections can cause skin rashes but these rashes are mostly generalised in nature,so you need not worry, take treatment, the rash should heal soon.

It actually looks like broken vessels under the skin and I have dots on my other arm in the fold as wel. I am wondering if they could be related to scarlet fever? l

Brief Answer:
Need not worry..should subside soon

Detailed Answer:
Hi again

I can understand that these do look a lot like broken veins but these are actually just rashes in linear or reticular patterns. Yes these can surely be associated with viral infection but such skin rashes can be a part of any systemic illness ,not specifically scarlet fever.
Right now , I don't see any reason to be very worried about these.Just be vigilant and observe their progress. They will most likely subside as the body infection subside
However..any sudden increase surely necessitates check up by local doctor.
