What Causes Skin Like Tissue Discharge In Urine?
Question: Dear Doctor
I'm 28 years old who is facing an issue of some thick substance coming out of my penis while I apply pressure to let go off the last few drops while urinating.
I have seen some tiny white flesh kind of substance coming in that thick liquid as well.
Is it the extra sperms ejaculated or is it something normal
In past I have been masturbating very frequently (almost once every day ).
Could this be due to that ?
Please help

As an Urologist,i can understand your concern.
Your symptoms suggest,you're passing some thick,? fleshy substance in urine.
First of all,we need to know,if it's urine,semen or something else.
The cause for such symptoms may be, UTI,prostatitis,or a mass in urinary system.
So before you get examined by an Urologist,do the following tests :
1. urine routine and culture.
2. semen analysis and culture.
3. blood routine,creatinine,RBS and LFT.
4. ultrasound scan-KUB,with a TRUS (trans rectal scan).
Masturbating once a day at your age,is quite normal frequency.
You don't need to worry about that.
The Urologist will examine you and do a rectal examination ( DRE ).
According to reports of tests and clinical findings,expert advise will be given.
Drink about ten glasses fluids daily.
Avoid masturbation till all reports are available.
You may send the reports here,for an expert opinion.
