What Causes Skin Sensitivity And Body Pain When Suffering From Fever?

Question: hi doctor, i have been suffering from fever since 3-4 days now but i have been taking medications as well eg paracetamol. i got this fever through tonsils and its a very common process with me since my childhood. whenever i get tonsils from eating spicy things, fever comes along the next day. so i took azthromycine as well as an antibiotic. Fever seems to get normal but not 100%. i can feel the lost strength in me. kindly let me know what should i do. i do come to office everyday and haven't taken any day off and this because i cant see it a big/serious fever as most of the times I feel normal.
Issue no 2 is that since yesterday i have been feeling pain in my skin from above the waist till my neck. when i wear clothes, they hurt me a little, even if someone puts his hand on me i feel pain in my skin, even when air touches my skin it hurts and its just the upper body. it feels like i have been in a fight and now my body is all broken. i also can feel that this is not due to fever as i have suffered from fever plenty of times and i know this never happens to the skin. although body may feel weak and broken but SKIN?
Please advise.

Brief Answer:
May be due to dry skin
Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX
Skin sensitivity and body pains are mostly due to fever, which can cause dehydration in your body so it can cause dry skin.
I suggest you drink more fluids and warm water. And also apply Lactocalamine lotion or moisturize over the skin.
Continue current treatment. Along with current medication I also suggest you multivitamin medication once a day after lunch.
Regarding tonsillitis: Since you are getting recurrent infection and hampering your work, then you can go for surgery Tonsillectomy.
Avoid exposure to cold weather and avoid eating spicy, oily or cold food.
Do salt water gargles which helps to reduce inflammation.
Thank you.

Hello XXXXXXX
Sorry for delayed response.
It is good that you do not have dry skin.
Sweating can be caused by sudden drop of temperature and weakness.
Dehydration can increase sensitivity of skin.
Continue medication. Drink warm water and plenty of fluids.
