                                            Question : I have skin tear near my inner thigh and around scrotum.. Wen I rub it sometimes, it bleeds wid small cuts.. It itches too.. Please lemme know the reason and solution for it.

I'd suggest you keep the area dry as much as possible.
Moisture helps the growth of fungus adding more to the problem.
You can use Clotrimazole dusting powder after enough drying post bath twice a day.
Try not wearing inner garments during sleep.
