I think it is extremely important that you see your primary care doctor soon too if I were your symptoms. You are describing significant fatigue and a sense of abnormal heart rate. It is possible that you might have some type of issue with the regularity of your heartbeat which can certainly contribute to fatigue.
Your doctor might also check you for other potential problems including anemia or thyroid dysfunction.
