What Causes Skipped Heart Beats?

Question : I have suffered with skipped hearts beats for many years. However, in the last few weeks I am having them very frequently. Like 5-10 a minute. I have been to a cardioldgest on several occation and he gave me an echo and a complete workup and said I was fine. I take a large amount of vitimens . I notice that when I eat cheese or drink wine it happens almost all the time I cut them out and am still having a lot of the skipped beats. Could it be a specific vitimen I am taking. If you want me to list them I can. One more thing- It seams to happen from around late afternoon till I fall asleep. any suggestions as to what I can do?

But why only in the late afternoon and at night

That is why I have kept the possibility of anxiety.
I feel there is a possibility that you start thinking about the heart beats and start feeling it more.
Therefore you feel it more at the time.
Anyways , a Holter monitoring would resolve that.
