Brief Answer:
Nose bleed

Detailed Answer:
Hello. I just read through your question.
nose bleed is not uncommon when discussing upper respiratory type infections. It is usually a result of the nasal mucosa drying out due to the infection. The fever and sore throat indicate the possibility of a bacterial infection, namely Strep. Strep can be detected by a simple test run in your doctor's office. I recommend consulting with your doctor so the correct diagnosis can be made and the appropriate treatment plan implemented.
