                                    Brief Answer:
no need to worry
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX welcome to health care magic.
is your diabetes under control?
sleeplessness can be due to many causeslike stress, poorly controlled diabetes and hypertension.
long standing diabetics can develop gastroparesis which can result in bloating and occasional nausea which can also be due to the cardiac drugs sometimes resulting in acidity.
These are not worrisome features. However i would recommend you to get a physical examination done to rule out common aliments.
If there is any particular element bothering you please let us know.
hope i am clear.
