Brief Answer:
Muscle pain likely.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
The pain that you have is likely to be muscular in nature. I would suggest you the following which will definitely help
1 Hot water Fomentation: Either by towel soaked in hot water or by hot water bag. Intermittent application of heat for 15 to 20 minutes each session 4 to 5 times a day will be helpful
2. Muscle Relaxant: Oral taken muscle relaxant like Chlorzoxazone along with analgesic like Diclofenac Sodium will be helpful
3. Local application of Diclofenac Sodium gel will be helpful.
4. Adequate rest and avoiding sudden movement.
5. Gradual & gentle calf stretching exercises to relieve the associated spasm.
Take balanced diet rich in calcium (1000mg/day) and vitamin D (1000 i.u. /day) along with vitaminB12, B6.
I hope this answers your query.
In case you have additional questions or doubts, you can forward them to me, and I shall be glad to help you out.

I'm kind of a hypochondriac when it comes to health problems, just want to make sure its nothing serious this all started after a lower back workout and a running session one week ago. the pain is not bad just a dull ache a little crawling feeling on and off worsens while sitting in both legs, just want to make sure they are not clots . I am a active 24 year old male with no medical history
