It reveals slight curvature of penis less than 10 degree and is usually due to disparity between Tunica Albugenia of both the sides It will not pose any difficulty in having penetrative intra vaginal sexual intercourse .

Normally surgical treatment is required only in a situation when curvature is more than 45 degree.
