Brief Answer:
Dietary changes will help.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
After a myomectomy surgery the pain usually subsides completely in 6-8 weeks. The bloating that you have in the lower abdomen may not be related to the surgery. It can be caused by gas and indigestion.
To reduce the tummy it is best to avoid foods that cause gas, such as beans, broccoli, cabbage, and XXXXXXX
Pineapple juice, lemon juice, ginger juice, grapes, etc may be taken after every meal for relief. Otherwise take antacids and digestive enzymes on regular basis for relief.
You can also do simple abdominal exercises like sit ups to reduce the tummy.
