Question : I have been having slight twinges in the right side and middle of my chest. I am a female, 54 years old with no history of heart disease. No shortness of breath. I am overweight and have been trying to lose. I am also on high blood pressure medicine which is under control. Slight numbness in my right arm. I had a complete heart workup about 5 months ago and it came back in good condition. What could it be?

Since your complete heart work up is normal and blood pressure is under control, no need to worry for heart diseases for your symptoms.
Sometimes vitamin B12 deficiency can cause numbness like symptom.
So first get done vitamin B12 level and if deficiency then you will need supplements.
