Question: I have a slight pain in my lower left abdominal area for a second or two after ejaculating I am 52 years old have type 2 diabetes, just had a complete blood test with normal results including prostate PCI test which come back with below levels for my age

It could be seminal infection.

It could be a urinary infection.
You should get a Urine and Semen culture done. You just have to give samples. The report will show whether there is any infection or not. If yes then it will also suggest what antibiotic medicines to take. You can consult your Doctor with the reports as to what antibiotics to take. You should have the antibiotics for at least two weeks as these infections are difficult to clear specially in Diabetics.
