Question : My blood pressure is 135 over 90. Is this ok? Had a hysterectomy in Dec. & haven't felt well since. Bad stomach. Intestine not working right & light headed all the time . Any suggestions?

Your BP is at the upper limits of the norm and as a such you shouldn't worry about that. The only recommended measures are as follows :
- increase physical activity
- reduce alcohol and salt intake
- quit smoking
- eat foods reach in fresh fruits and vegetables, poor in animal fats and diary
- use omega 3 fish oil supplements

These measures will help to stabilise and lower your BP without any antihypertensive medication.
