I am 26yrs female this month i skipped my period and noticed spotting for 2 days and from 1 month i noticed one small lump with little pain on my right under arm and stool is also coming in black colour. So please let me know what is happening

The lump is not visible i can feel only when i touch with little pain is it

I am not taking any iron tablets am using one tablet
