Question: i got some blood work and my WBC'S AUTO is 11.3 what does this mean? Also my Triglicerides were at 688 but i was not fasting.

Thanks for sharing your recent blood test reports!

I would like to convey my opinion as follows:

1. WBC total count: generally upper limit is 11.0 in most references; therefore slightly raised but the differential WBC count and clinical history evaluation is necessary to conclude if anything is wrong...but this is acceptable I think!

2. triglycerides level is on higher side but it is not standardised as not done in standard condition like after 12 hours of fasting...!

Anyways, you should prefer to take low fat, high protein high fibre diets and repeat the test after 6 weeks in fasting condition and revert back to us if necessary!
