Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for being on healthcaremagic.com.
I am Dr.Ajay Panwar,a neurologist,here to answer your query.
If you would have presented to me as an outpatient with this clinical history,I would have told you that these symptoms may be suggestive of peripheral neuropathy. The common causes which can result in these symptoms are-
1)Diabetes
2)Vitamins deficiency
3)Alcoholism
4)Drugs
Further,Anxiety can also commonly result in such symptoms.I hereby, advise you to start doing regular mental relaxation exercises like meditation/yoga and observe for the improvement.
If the symptoms keep persisting,I suggest you to get the following investigations done-
1)Blood sugar-fasting
2)Nerve conduction studies
- to approach the diagnosis of neuropathy.
If you have any further questions,I shall be glad to have you in follow-up.
Regards
Dr.Ajay Panwar,
MD,DM(Neurology)
