Brief Answer:
Following advice.

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you for asking!
I read your query and understood your concerns.

Your symptoms may be related to bradycardia (HR below 60 bpm, that is accompanied with feeling dizzy and lightheaded, dyspnea, chest discomfort etc.

Moreover these symptoms may increase your anxiety levels and hand shaking.

If you were my patient I would recommend to do the following examinations to find out what is causing your bradycardia:
- blood work including thyroid hormone levels (hypothyroidism may be responsible for bradycardia)
- ECG
- Cardiac echo
- Holter monitoring
- Stress test

Meantime I would like to suggest the following measures to improve your symptoms:
- eat a healthy diet with fresh fruits, vegetables, white meat.
- stop drinking alcohol and quit smoking.
- avoid using foods reach in potassium (banana, orange, plum, prune etc.)
- add magnessium and other supplements on the daily basis.

Hope this was of help!
Wish you health!
Dr. Shehu
